Youth Off Season Training

About Our Off Season Training Program

Is your child’s preferred sport in the offseason? Are they having a hard time finding activities to keep them active? Contact Coach Burns about off season training. We can develop a program for small group classes or One-on-One training. It can be sport specific or just general fitness to keep them in shape until their preferred sport picks up again. Off Season training can ensure that their fitness level has stayed steady or even improved, and can give them a leg up on their peers or the competition.

Current Programs

Off Season Football

10-14 years
Option 1 | Mondays 3:30 - 4:30pm & Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00am
Option 2 | Tuesdays 3:15 - 4:15pm & Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00am
9 Sessions total - $120 (Includes a t-shirt)
